Living rooms

On entering the ground floor, you find a very large main room, with the dining area and its large solid oak table for 12 to 14 people, and in the extension, at the back, the fitted kitchen, the all overlooking the large terrace. On the left is the large lounge area with vintage and industrial tones.

The large kitchen open to the dining room and the large terrace is equipped to receive family or friends: stove 5 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, orange press, blender, mixer.

The South/West facing living room opens onto the garden and allows you to meet up with family or friends. The Bow-Window offers pretty views over the garden and the olive trees.
The fireplace is only used occasionally on certain winter evenings but adds to the charm and conviviality of the place.

The TV room is located next to the lounge area but in an independent room allowing ideal comfort.
The TV room is equipped with a flat screen, the TV livebox (Orange) as well as an Apple TV to allow you to connect your own streaming or TV on demand applications.

The 1st floor of the house gives way to a 2nd living room, which serves the 2 bedrooms upstairs (Amandier suite and Rosemary bedroom).
This living room benefits from a large bay window which opens onto a beautiful terrace which offers a magnificent view of the Luberon and the Alpilles (even more so at sunset). An office space, open to the living room and the view, allows the bravest to telecommute in pleasant conditions.
